​Merano is a world famous health resort in South Tyrol and is located on 324 m above sea level in a beautiful location valley, in the open out of the Vinschgau, the Etsch- and Passeier Valley. An absolute must is a day in the beautiful gardens of Castle Trauttmansdorff. This can be reached from our house in about 20 minutes by car / bus / train. Guests can relax after a hike or shopping-tour at the thermal baths of Merano.

Our capital city Bolzano can be reached in about 15 minutes by car / bus / train. The old town with its arcades invites you to stroll and browse. A business joins to the next and you will find typical south Tyrolean products and specialties in the midst of Italian fashion. Another highlight is the famous Ötzi-Museum.
